Crews Impress at Long Island

Cinco de Mayo proved to be an even bigger reason to celebrate for the crews who traveled to Oyster Bay, NY, for the Long Island Junior Rowing Championships. Despite washed out roads, detours, and storm damage still apparent from Hurricane Sandy, NRC crews performed phenomenally in a very competitive field, collecting 8 medals!

Adult Intro-to-Row

Join us for a fun-filled introduction to rowing for 6th, 7th, and 8th graders working with certified coaches and experienced coaches. Learn the basics – on the water safety, the “language of rowing”, fundamentals of the stroke and finish up with an intro-row with NRC athletes!

Baltimore Invitational 2013

Saturday, April 13, 2013 – This is our first regatta of the season and always a favorite! It is a great venue which offers spectacular views of all of the races.

A check of the weather shows partly cloudy and 66 degrees. Make sure you bring plenty to wear, especially if you’re going to be arriving earlier in the day.
